Ours is an eclectic neighborhood. To a remarkable degree it mirrors all races and cultures in the greater Madison area. Occupations range from laborers to doctors, with a good dose of students. We straddle two cities, are within biking distance of both the Capitol and the countryside and have at our front door a mall, at our back door a marsh and on our right flank the great University of Wisconsin Arboretum.
